For our support department, we are looking for a Junior Service Employee for 32 to 40 hours per week.

What will you be doing?
As an Junior Service Employee you will perform various tasks, including:
• Providing technical support to customers and end users;
• Creating tickets and monitoring progress;
• Resolving various issues, such as poor connections, network outages, etc.;
• Ordering hardware and processing incoming packages.
What you bring to the team
• You have at least a vocational (MBO) work and thinking level;
• Experience is a plus but not required;
• You have an affinity for IT;
• You are a go-getter; what you don’t know yet, you can learn;
• You are willing to take relevant training courses to expand your knowledge;
• You enjoy maintaining close customer contact;
• You have good communication skills and can communicate both friendly and clearly;
• You can maintain an overview, set priorities, and follow clear guidelines.
