KroonCo is looking for an IT Operations Manager for 32 to 40 hours per week.
What will you be doing?
As IT Operations Manager, you’ll manage three technical teams: Projects, Management, and Support. In total, you’ll lead a group of approximately 10-15 IT professionals. You’ll ensure that daily operations run smoothly and that your colleagues enjoy their work and continue to develop.
You combine people-oriented leadership with operational insight. This means you’ll be attentive to the workload and growth of your teams, as well as the quality of our services, project progress, and the achievement of our objectives.

What will you be doing?
As an IT Operational Manager you will perform various tasks, including:
- You’ll lead our IT professionals and ensure motivation, development, and collaboration.
- You’ll keep daily operations running smoothly: from projects to management and support.
- You’ll monitor progress, quality, and capacity, and ensure SLAs are properly met.
- You’ll drive innovation and process improvement, together with your teams.
- You’ll build bridges—between teams and with other departments.
- You’ll report to management on results, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
What you bring to the team
- HBO/WO work and thinking level, preferably in IT or business administration.
- Experience in operational IT management (projects, administration, support).
- Coaching leadership: you know how to motivate people and get the best out of themselves.
- Knowledge of IT processes and methodologies (ITIL is a plus).
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- You have strong communication skills, are a strong connector, and are results-oriented.
